I'm having issues with my wireless devices connecting to my network. Approximately 48 hours ago, our connection fizzled on my 3 laptops, 4 cell phones or game station can get onto our network. ( No these are not all on at the same time. )
I have already...
Reset the connection manually
Dry boot, unplugged all equipment from the power source and restarted.
Ran anti-virus on all electronics, no issues found.
I am using a new (less than a year old) modem and router purchased direct from Cox.
Please help

Elise, I was able to locate your account using the phone numbers you provided, but I've edited your post and removed the numbers for the protection of your privacy. These forums are public and viewable by anyone on the internet.
Your modem is online with good levels and is detecting the router connected. Do you have any devices that are hard wired to the router with ethernet? If so, can the device(s) still get online? If not, try bypassing the router. Connect one pc directly to the modem with the wireless in the device turned off. power cycle the modem and restart the pc. Ensure the link light on the modem is lit and try to access the internet again.
For help with your router please visit http://support.dlink.com/ProductInfo.aspx?m=DIR-615 If you still have the CD that came with the router you can run that to reconfigure the wireless security.
