Is there an Android app to watch recorded shows from your DVR
I used to have an app allowing me to watch and set up my DVR through my phone and have lost that app and ability. Is there one out there recommended in order to perform this?

what app was this as far as I know cox has never had/allowed view dvr shows on mobile devices. cox connect should allow you to set dvr recordings
