Is Cox service outage while power outage in Portsmouth, VA?

Half of homes had power outage about 8pm till now still out, I want to know if Cox service still up, however, we still can't get any internet and tv work because of power outage but we using the generator to power up our house. Everything is still up expect the Cox cable wires from anywhere in Portsmouth. Highland Biltmore - Please let me know if you guys still get services with Cox cable.
