I can't get my iPhone 5 with IOS 7 to connect to wifi at home. I have called the tech line about four times and no one could help me and have called Apple. Does anyone have any recommendations? My internet on my computer and other devices for wifi works just fine, just not on the iPhone.

Off the top of my head, its probably the wireless security settings on your router. Most have their encryption set as WPA TKIP+AES. Most Apple devices prefer AES security, so will reject the connection as soon as they see the TKIP handshake. A easy work around is to change your wireless security to WPA2+AES. I can ofcourse give less technical instructions, but need the specifics for your router. What is the model number of your router?
