Invite to chat with Cox

For several months I have not been able to chat with Cox. I know, I have put this off time & time again. A box pops up asking if I want to have a chat with Cox. When I press the Chat now button I get this message, "Chat key cookie doesn't match visitor chat key." Has anyone else experienced this vexing problem? I would appreciate any positive feedback. Thanks
