Bill - Are you trying to connect via a wired or wireless connection? Also, what operating system are you running?

Windows XP and yes wireless.

Ok. First make sure your computer is equipped to connect via a wireless connection (I'm sure you already have but you never know). Then check to see if there is a switch on your computer that enables/disables wireless...make sure it is enabled. If you're still having issues follow these steps:

1. Unplug your modem and router (if separate)
2. Wait 30 seconds
3. Plug your modem and router back in
4. Allow the devices to reboot
5. Restart your computer
6. Test the connection
