Internet download and upload speeds are slow
The past 24 hours the internet speed has been slow. Anyone else in Green Valley, AZ experiencing this problem?

Having the same issues in phoenix. I was out of town the last 3 weeks and when I came home last night I turned on Netflix and couldn't even stream a movie. What's weird is on my phone I'm somehow getting 30mbps speed, but on my laptop i'm getting between 5-10mbps. Nowhere near the 50mbps I'm supposed to be getting.

During the outage last night, Speedtest.net was showing my wireless speed at 125+ Mbps every time I tested (5 Ghz network) but my Netflix was taking forever to start playing, and would only play for a couple minutes before stopping to completely load again.
Netflix seems to be working fine as of now though.

My speedtest is only showing 10mbps on my laptop. If I go through the cox website it is 30+, but I know that isn't correct.

I tested again right now, still showing a good speed on both sides, I have the 100 Mb Premier speed and am connected wirelessly to my 5 Ghz network on my Netgear Nighthawk within the same room as the router.
Speedtest.net: 127 Mbps. Cox Speed Test: 117 Mbps.

Oh, and Netflix is now working flawlessly on my Smart TV (which is also wireless)
