Dose Cox know about the survey rewards? Well here it is if you don't know. If you order a reward for $4.95 shipping, that company will charge you an automatic subscription to that product. For me it was $74.45 a month. I did not click on the subscription. I'm still trying to get my money back

That sounds like a scam. Cox does offer occasional online surveys, but we will reward you with an Amazon Gift Card Code by email once the survey is completed. We don't offer rewards of a physical product that needs to be shipped. What did you order? If your credit card was charged for a subscription you didn't authorize, you may be able to contest the charge through your credit card company.
