Last week I suddenly got redirected to the Cox location intercept site when I opened Firefox and went to my home page: ww2.cox.com/myconnection/home.cox. This only happens on Firefox and not IE. The tech folks had me flush the DNS and clear my cache to no avail. It happens when I initially open the browser and try to bring up the home page. I then have to enter my Zip code to get to my home page. Any assistance will be appreciated. I made no changes to Firefox 26 that would explain this action. Help?

Sounds like something is blocking cookies on Firefox. I would first check your security settings in Firefox and try disabling any Antivirus you have for a short time to test it.
