Inbox emails disappeared

Are you logging into webmail or using an email client? If you are using a client, which one are you using?

Same thing happened to me on 11/16, all my emails and archives and folders. I've spent a lot of time and money on this, and am still having trouble (emails never recovered including threads, emails I try to delete but they return to my inbox, many error messages). Tech Level 2 for Cox in Omaha said they'd had server problems and she would do an email restore, but this has not helped. Responded to a Cox satisfaction survey last week and asked them to call me to discuss, still waiting. Cox, any answers?
