I think my Docsis 3.0 modem is using 1.0

So after wondering why my speeds where capped (uploads around 3mbps) I think i may have figured it out. My modem is a Motorola SBG6580 pretty sure i'm using the wrong configuration file. The configuration file i was using was for Docsis 1.0 and i am using a docsis 3.0 modem. I also found some information about it being an old configuration file on the internet. Here is some screen shots i took the speeds tests were taken one right after the other(not at the same time) Im paying for 50/10 and im not even getting the speed below mine lol. I pay my bills by streaming to twitch.tv but i get soo many dropped frames im out of work. PPPPPLLLLLZZZZ HELP!!!.

The cox speed test shows what is should be getting i think.  But im DEFINITELY getting what the speedtest.net is getting
