Is this the only channel which is having issues with the closed captioning? Is this happening on all the TV's in the home or just one?

I have 4 TV's two on HD Cox cable box and two sets that are not on HD Cable box. The two that are not on HD Cable box get closed caption the two that are on HD cable Box do not get closed caption.I get "CC" on almost all other Stations on my HD Cable box.

Please let me know when I can expect to get closed caption to work on Fox Sports AZ HD.( Channel 1034). Mesa AZ.
I rely on "CC" Closed Caption as I have a severe hearing impairment.
I feel someone at Cox should be able to tell me when this will take place.

I checked my TiVos and I also do not get Closed Captions on 1034 - FSAZHD

Also my SA 4240HDC does not have Closed Captions on 1034 - FSAZHD

SD Digital channel 34 - FSAZ does have Closed Captions

I am on the Chandler headend, if that helps.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! I've reported the issue to local leadership so we can determine if Fox Sports AZ is supplying Closed Captions in their feed. We'll update you as soon as we have more information.
