How do you change your cox e mail address to something simpler than user name?
Am I able to choose my cox e mail address versus using the standard one with my username? Thank you.

@Ellen, did you choose your own email name and password when you first opened an account? Your question makes it sound like you were "assigned" an email name by Cox. You can make 10 accounts with 10 different email addresses. If you have any trouble setting up the accounts, call Cox Support and the tech will walk you thru the process for no charge. You will have to hold for 5-10 minutes to get thru to Tech Support.
