How do I delete the recently viewed listing on the Contour?
How do I delete the recently viewed listing on the Contour? It has been several months since this question was last asked and answered by Cox (Feb 2015). Surely by now there is a way to delete recently viewed listings...please advise.

At this time this feature is not available. I'll pass your suggestion along to our product development team.

There are a lot of posts in the tv forum on how to delete recently viewed programs that go back to at least December 2014. Cox has responded for over a year that there is no feature available at this time to delete. They said they pass on everyone's suggestions to development. Well what progress has been made? How many programs store in the recently viewed menu? How long do they stay out there? Contour has been a huge disappointment and development and customer service seem to be in no hurry to satisfy their paying customers. Cox should do better.

I completely understand your concerns. The information you are requesting is propriety and confidential. Future upgrade features are not released until the launch is approved and scheduled.
