how do i change my address name and password on my new internet account?
I just set up my account and want to change the account address and password for my router

If you've already registered the account on cox.com you can update your address there also get information about changing your router password if you get it from cox. You can also call in or email your full address and primary name on the account to cox.help#cox.com.
