home network manager down ?

I'd be happy to try and help.  What sorts of issues are you having with the hom network manager?

Its not in issue on my side . I called a week ago . and they told me that it was down . But when are you guys gonna fix it .

I didn't know there was anything wrong with it at this time which is why I asked.  I'm still not able to find any issues investigating on my own.

well i dont know i called thts what the laddie told me . and what it says on mine it says get "learn more " instead of "get started " . i really need it .

like what do you mean ? im doing everything in the page that tells you how to go in . but it doesnt say run home network manager . but i cant find . if you can help by like team viewer or something it will be very nice of you .

For starters if you could post the link you're using to get to the network manager that would be a good start.

I see althought that appears to be a link to the support article and not the home network manager itself.  Can you tell me which wireless gateway you have installed in your home?
