I am missing just a few stations
SD- 45,49,53,55, 300 thru 309
HD- 1028, 1029,1037,1040,1044,1046,1056,1059, 1300, 1301
I have called for support, but nothing seems to get fixed.
The ST is connected
Authentication success
Downstream success
Upstream success
Operational Status ready
The cablecard seems to be correct:
Card Manufacturer Motorola
Card Authentication success
Card Validation success
3DES encryption supported
OOB Frequency 104.203 MHz
OOB Lock 2.048 Mbps
Signal Strength 60% (-24.5 dBmV)
Signal Quality 70% (22.8 dB)
Channel List tuning-resolver
When I go to a station that works, I get the following:
Virtual Channel 51 CARTOON
Frequency 553.750 MHz
Program Number 6
Authorization subscribed
CCI Protection unrestricted
Modulation Lock qam256
PCR Lock locked
Signal Strength 69% (-18.6 dBmV)
Signal Quality 81% (32.4 dB)
Symbol Quality 100%
Streaming Rate 2.948 Mbps
When I go to a non-working station, I get the following:
Virtual Channel 53 Syfy DS
Frequency 523.750 MHz
Program Number 10
Authorization unspecified
CCI Protection none
Modulation Lock none
PCR Lock none
Signal Strength 68% (-19.5 dBmV)
Signal Quality none
Symbol Quality none
Streaming Rate none
Resource Lock 192.168.0.15
Does anyone have any ideas on what is going on?

Your Signal Strength is the issue, it needs to be greater than -10dBmV, closer to 0 or above would be better.
You need to figure out why or get a tech out to investigate. Could be too many splitters, a bad splitter, an loose connector, a corroded connecter, a bad piece of cable, or a bad drop cable from the pedestal or pole.
What is the Signal Strength and Power as reported by the Tuning Adapter?
Signal strength from your cable modem would be helpful also.
My signals are not great, but here they are:
CableCARD Status
Card Manufacturer Cisco
Card Authentication success
Card Validation success
3DES encryption supported
OOB Frequency 75.500 MHz
OOB Lock 1.544 Mbps
Signal Strength 100% (0.4 dBmV)

Virtual Channel 1036 CNNHD

How many splitters, and what kind, (2-way, 3-way, 4-way) between the main line and the HomerunPrime?
Has a Cox tech been out to check your signals?

Couple of years back I had a low signal issue that made on-demand not work.
Tech came out and repaired issue. Sounds like I might need them to come out again.
Wall to 3 way spliter
One to cable box
One to cable modem
One to two way spliter
From two way spliter
One to TA
One to HomerunPrime

Your Cable Modem Signals are also very Low. Definitely schedule a Cox Tech to come out, unless you are capable of trouble shooting the cable lines and replacing the splitters.
If you could run a single cable from the drop to the cable modem bypassing all splitters, then check your Cable Modem Signals, the Signal level should be approx 7 to 10dBmV. No negative numbers.

You may end up needing a Signal Amp. But that should only be the last resort, after Cox has replaced all the cables and splitters and attempted to rebalanced from their end.

Thank you very much for your help.
I don't have any option, but to use splters, but I will use the single cable drop for testing.
I am going to replace some of the internal coax and splitters and see if that helps.
Any suggestions on what type of spliter I should use?

You can just go to a Cox Store and ask for new splitters, I would stay away from anything from a retailer like HomeDepot or Walmart. Commscope are good, But if you are going to have a Cox tech out, don't bother.

Well, I replaced the splitter going from the TA and the HDHomerun and that helped a bit.
Yes, I recieved a bad splitter. I did not realized these go bad.
Getting 100% on the signal now, but I am still missing stations.
1028,1037,1040,1044 and all of HBO 300 thru 309, 1300 and 1301

Signal Quality 100% (39.1 dB)

Tuner adapter:
Authentication success
Downstream success
Upstream success
Operational Status ready
User Inactivity 2 minutes
Here is a channel that works:
Virtual Channel 1027 TBS HD
Frequency 493.750 MHz
Program Number 3
Authorization subscribed
CCI Protection unrestricted
Modulation Lock qam256
PCR Lock locked
Signal Strength 88% (-7.5 dBmV)
Signal Quality 100% (35.1 dB)

Here is a channel that does not work:
Does not-suscribe mean that the cable card does not have all the programing?

Have you rescanned channels using the HD HomeRun Set-Up since improving the Signals? This is most likely the issue.
Even an Authorization: not-subscribed should still list the Signal Levels and Frequency, See below, I do not subscribe to Cinemax or Starz. This could still be a signal Issue, or It could be the Tuning Adapter does not have all the channel mapping. Have you Rebooted the TA since improving the Signals? You may need to call Cox 877-820-8202 and ask for a Hit to be sent to the CC and TA, and perhaps ask to have everything Re-Paired.

Yea, i did multiple scans but still got the same issue.
I ended up calling Cox and they did a hit on the TA and some, according the the rep, "magic" to the cable card.
and..................finally.................everything works!
Again thanks for your help.
Getting the signal to 100% was the key, but Cox still had to do a hit to the TA afterward to get everything working.
