HBOGO

Hello,

   I am able to play HBOGO on my laptop, desktop, Iphone and IPAD but not on my TV.   A while back it was said they were working with SAMSUNG to fix the issues.  I have emailed HBOGO a few times now with no response so thought I would ask here if you know a status.

 

I have a SAMSUNG 40 inch TV model # LN40C670 using T-VALAUSC-1035.0 software/firmware.   When I try to access a movie it either stays in buffering mode or has the error "Please note, we’re sorry video cannot be played at this time".

The signal levels at your cable modem are all well out of specification which makes me wonder if you're actually experiencing an Internet problem.  It may be worth scheduling a technician to come out and troubleshoot further.
