Having trouble deleteing emails on secondary account
On Secondary account, when I go to inbox and check what I don't want to read and click delete, It keeps saying waiting for Cox delete list false....this for the last month. I sit and wait and wait and finally get upset and click on an email I want to read and then I get 5 messages deleted. What is going on?
I only get a few emails on my primary account and if I check on one to delete, it deletes....

That is an odd issue since it is only happening on the secondary account. This requires some further troubleshooting, we can try to duplicate the issue from here. If it happens on our end as well then we may need to escalate it to our Mail team to have them correct the problem with the account. I would need to have you provide the account information (name on the account, street address), as well as the secondary account name & password. Could you also copy your forum post along with that information, and send it to coxhelp@cox.com. We will look into this for you, figure out what is going on with that account.
