Hello, I hope Tiffany R. is still working here and can help with this question. I just need a yes/no answer to continue on troubleshooting and after 7 emails to Customer Service, I am still getting a scripted response that does not answer the question I'm asking. Please help if you can answer. The modem has already been set up and called in, so the steps are not needed - just a yes or no to the original email to let us know if it has been reprovisioned correctly. Thank you so much!
"I have a new DOCSIS 3.0 cable modem, and on Dec. 25th, we called to have it added. Could you please confirm that it has been provisioned on your end as DOCSIS 3.0. I believe that Cox may still have us configured as a DOCSIS 2.0 modem only, because we can't get any speedsover 32MBps no matter which speed tests used. Testing was done by cabling directly from the cable modem straight to my PC, so none of thetesting was done using anything wireless. Thank you very much"

Don't email.
call customer service and tell them you are not getting the service you are paying for. New modem is working, new speed tier is not.
its the only way to get results.

I'm showing your modem has been properly provisioned with the D3 coding on the account. Are you still experiencing slow speeds? Please let us know if you have any other questions.
