Guide issues
A week or so ago I noticed that the search function in my Contour box changed slightly. For example, if I searched for "Law & Order" the Guide gives me a list of individual shows by show episode name, not by next showing of that show. Also, I have problems with saving searches that I commonly use. I will set up a search, save the search, and the next time I go back to use the saved search it has disappeared.
I've had a ton of problems with the Contour box, what is going on here for all the $$ I am spending?

Once you enter Law & Order, you must choose the original L&O, L&O: CI, or L&O: SVU. Click on L&O. Choose "ALL PROGRAMS." The center window now lists the next airings of L&O, some on WGN and some on TNT.

Actually, the Cox guy who took my call was able to replicate the issue. He promised to get back to me once it was fixed, but that never happened. Right now it seems the guide has reverted back to the way it's supposed to be. But the way things are going with my Contour box, I wouldn't be surprised for this issue to come up again
