Guide Issues

While navigaing around the "Guide" each line I move to goes black on black.  This was just noticed.  Any thoughts?.

Think that I remember that happening once. Have you tried refreshing the box? Phone support seems to be able to fix problems with their refresh that automated support refresh doesn't fix.  If phone support refresh does not fix it then you will probably need a new box.

I would try:

1)  Unplug box for 30+ seconds then plug back in.

2) Call phone support if problem not fixed.

To save your self a phone call you can try a 2 minute power cycle. This means leaving the power unhooked from your box for over a 2 minutes.  This clears temp memory completely with out harming recordings and forces the boxes to reload most functions like the guide.  This is very similar to the signals that the tech support agents send out.  If that does not help I would call in then.
