Gmail
I have a friend who uses gmail, but for some reason none of her emails using that account is getting through to my Cox account. Instead, she is having to use her Yahoo account to email me. Is there something within Cox that is blocking gmails, and is there anything I can do that will allow her gmails to come through?

Are you using Cox webmail or another kind of email software?

I use microsoft Outlook when I'm at home on my own computer, but I log into my Cox webmail when I'm at work. The gmails are not getting through to either. I have also checked my spam and junk folders.
