Freeze Frame Bar
I don't know what you call it, but whenever I freeze the program to perhaps read a name on the credits, or read something in a frame on the program, and for a while after I return to normal playback speed, a horizontal bar appears temporarily near the bottom of the screen. It seems to always block whatever it is that I'm trying to read. Is there a way to move where that bar appears on the screen?

Simply press the white "EXIT" button on the remote. Poof! The bar disappears.

Also, if the bar with no name stays on the screen an annoyingly long time after pausing, changing channels, or fast forwarding, you can adjust how long it takes to go poof on its own in the settings menu.
For my Passport IPG, it's under My Preferences, Banner Duration, short, medium or long.
