Experiencing problems with StarzPlay website
I have been experiencing repeated problems with the Starz Play website on both my laptop and desktop computer. I have Mac computers that are up-to-date and have no problems streaming video on other sites (HBOGO, YouTube, etc.). I have tried watching in both Chrome and Safari browsers. I have cleared my browsing histories, disabled AdBlock, and checked the firewall settings, as recommended by the StarzPlay help FAQs. Regardless, I cannot watch a video without the sound repeatedly cutting out. Other times, the video is exited all together as an error message appears, noting only that there is an issue with playback of the selected video.
Has anyone else been experiencing similar problems? I'm assuming the issue is on the website's end, but seeing as I'm paying Cox for access to the premium service, it would be nice if their service was able to address this.

It sounds like you've done some great troubleshooting so far! Since you mentioned the firewall settings, you might try disabling the firewall along with any antivirus and security software on one of your Macs and see if the problem continues. Also, make sure you have Flash, JavaScript, and cookies enabled within your browser, but have Private Browsing turned OFF.
Since you don't have any difficulties streaming videos from other websites, I recommend that you contact STARZ at this point. Email their technical team at help@starzplay.com. Include all of the details that you provided here in your email, as well as the iOS version numbers running on your devices and the versions of Chrome and Safari.
