I have never been able to view my data usage, regardless whether I use a MAC or a PC, Explorer, Safari, Firefox, or Chrome. All I get is an server error 500 code.

When do you get the error? When signing into Internet tools, or when you click the link for the data meter? Usually a error 500 is because your not using your primary email address, or the address you are using is not attached to an account number.

I get this whenever I click on the link that COX emailed me or when I go to view data usage under internet tools.

Could you post the link?
Also, using the same username and password, can you view other admin only parts of the site, IE view/pay bill?

Yes I do have a cox.net login. How else would I login to my account? I login at the main screen, go to tools and data usage.

How would I link my cox.net account with my internet usage account? Why are they not already linked? I can check Check WebMail, Manage SpamBlocker Settings, and Change Password. all other links give me the 500 server error.

If you log into normal Cox.net with that username and password and then click on "My Account" in the drop downs along the top, then go to "Account Overview" what account number do you see? If its not the account number on your bill, then that username isn't associated to your account. If that was the case you would be able to access everything tied to the EMAIL but not things directly relating to the account, like view/pay bill, or anything tied to your account number.
Did you happen to have this problem maybe after moving or some change to your account? Its possible your using a email address, while still active, is tied to one of your old accounts at a different address, or even just a different account number at the same address.

I am the owner of the account. I have been for over ten years. My mistake, I was under the impression this was a technical support forum.

It is. But what you are describing isn't really a technical issue IMO. Feel free to contact the moderator at the email address in the post above if you were looking for something other then the discussion of the problem.
