Erratic latency and internet speeds

Normally I see immaculate results from my internet connection and rarely have connectivity issues except for the occasional outage. Recently I have been seeing erratic speed changes well below my 100Mbps connection (both wired and wireless). Below is a recent traceroute when experiencing issues. Any ideas?
