Emails sent from Cox email web app do not show up in sent folder --- why not?
If I send an email from my phone, it shows up on the Cox web email app in the sent folder. If I compose and email form the web app, it doesn't show up, even tho the recipient got it. What's with that? How do I get the emails sent from the web app to show up in the sent folder?

Log into classic webmail and go to Settings/Preferences. From there check "By default, save a copy in Sent Mail folder". In enhanced webmail you can just select Preferences and check "Save all outgoing messages to your Sent Mail folder".
On your phone you are using the settings in the phone's email client, in webmail you are using the webmail settings ... two different things. That's why one works, the other doesn't.
