What email client or version of Outlook are you using? For Outlook Express 6, go to Tools > Accounts > Mail tab. Click on what ever profile is your Cox one, and click properties. Then click on the advanced tab and check off "Leave a copy of the message on server". Click OK and close any open windows and your done.
