I keep on getting email for Robert, Richard, Raymond Anderson. These are not my name and they are not for me. I've asked Cox about the situation and they have never given me a concrete answer. I have has so seudo personal emails. I'm concerned someone is going to email me about a death in someone else's family and the true intendent is not going to get the email.
You probably can see the quandry in that Anderson is a fairly popular name.

It sounds like somebody is mistakenly giving out your email address to people thinking it's theirs. Unfortunately there really isn't much you can do for this type of issue other than setting up a new email address or politely responding to such emails lettting them know they have the wrong person.

If the email address was given out in error or mistyped by those people there really is no way to redirect the email messages. But what you would likely want to do is set up a filter to look for those names or some identifying thing you notice in those messages and have it automatically delete them, either in Webmail or the mail program you are accessing the account through. To add that setting in Webmail you would need to click he Settings link at the top right, and click Message Filters on the right hand side of the page to open it and you can add filters to handle those messages with no other interaction from you once they are setup.
