Hello:
I have not been a cox customer for sometime now, But I never gave up my e-mail address.
My windows 10 keeps sending me a message that my e-mail address needs to be up dated, How do I do this.

If you don't have Cox internet service, it is likly you don't have a Cox email anymore. Can you sign into webmail.cox.net with a username and password? If not, then you would need to get email service for your computer.

Tecknowhelp is correct and has suggested a good test. If you are still a Cox video or phone customer, you may still have a Cox User ID that allows you to log into your online account to pay your bill. It is most likely not a "cox.net" email address, however.
When you disconnect your Cox Internet service, all user names and associated "cox.net" email addresses are released for reuse, and mailbox contents are deleted.
