email timeout

There is not setting inside webmail to change this. Its designed this way on purpose so you don't accidentally stay logged in after leaving your computer, letting someone access your email.

There are ways around it though. What browser are you using? Most will  have plugin/extensions you might be able to download to auto refresh the webpage within the timeout period.

Another more direct way would be to use a client like Outlook or Thunderbird for your email.

As Health Edge stated, there is no setting to prevent webmail from timing out. This is a security feature that was implemented to prevent unauthorized access to your email account.
