E-Mail Problem
I suddenly lost my e-mail this morning. When I try to get it, I receive a prompt saying: "Failed to connect to server pop.mail.net." What is the problem?

How are you accessing your email, through a particular client? Have you tried logging in through our website at https://www.cox.com/residential/home.html with the same error?
