E-mail password issues
My mother is having an odd issue, she uses Outlook and one day it started popping up the password dialog, you can type it in but it still worn't work until the password is reset, but then only for a couple of minutes until it starts all over again. I have installed Mozilla Thunderbird on her computer which is having the same issue. She has contacted support which was unable to resolve the issue.

Sounds like you're affected by that issue a few weeks ago where someone/something got access to a bunch of passwords. You need to reset the password then change it to something it wasn't before. If you change it back to the old password, it just gets locked out again.

She has no issue accessing webmail though, so not locked out.

Also, same issues on Thunderbird on and Ubuntu loaded laptop. Would make you think password, but webmail login works.
