Email Issues

I am unable to send or receive emails on any of my devices (Ipad, Android Phone, Computer through Outlook as well as logging into the Cox Web App.) They all come up with no error messages, seem to send and receive just fine, but have not given me a new email message in 3 days. I even try and send them to myself and it appears to go out...but even that is not showing up since my Friday test. Now they just appear to be sent but never show up in my sent folder. Please help.

Try creating a new email address and testing that? Sounds like maybe you have some kind of rule or block stopping them from incoming.

Also try sending a friend a email, and have them try sending one to you. That will further isolate the issue.

Last, when you say "Cox web app" do you mean webmail.cox.net?

Yes, even in the webmail.cox.net it is not working correctly. It does sound like a rule or block but it is not on my end since it is in place for the webmail.cox.net site. Also, I get the cox forum emails on all the accounts...but no other emails so it appears it is blocking emails from outside of cox

Have you checked your webmail rules and filters under settings? See here for more info.

@Brianf1967

Mail should get queued for delivery at a later time.  I would imagine by now it should have all now been delivered.
