How do I forward an email to a group in my addresses file?

Could you explain what you're trying to do exactly? Are you looking to automatically forward a incoming email from a specific group to another group? Do you want to forward a email in your inbox to a group? What did you mean by "addresses file"? Like a group in your address book or contacts?
Also, are you using Cox webmail or a program like Outlook? If so, which?
