e "Internet Tools" link or "manage my email accounts?"
Has Cox discontinued the "Internet Tools" link. I've not been able to access it for a while. Otherwise can you tell me how I can "manage my email accounts?"

You can find the Internet Tools link by visiting http://www.cox.com and hovering over the My Account menu link then going to My Tools. Let us know if you run into any further troubles.
