Does Cox provide full 1080P for HD channels
Curious to understand if I'm receiving true 1080P for HD broadcast channels. I was told COX compresses the signal which affect viewing quality.
Seems a wast to spend sizable amounts of money on a HD TV with monthly HD box rentals and receive a compress signal

We actually do not change the format we receive from the broadcaster. We get channels in 1080i or 720p and send them out the same way. I'm not aware of any channels being broadcast in full 1080p at this time.
