Direct Code for universal remote for Mini Box needed

I have an elderly person trying to use the Mini Box. The channel numbers are too small for him to see. Before we had the large hd cable box and programmed the RCA Universal Remote Control to change channels on the cable box.  Could someone tell me what the direct code number is for the mini box so we can program the universal remote to change channels. Thank you.

Does Cox have any intention of addressing this question? I think that since we are being forced to use this mini box / DTAs, the very least Cox could do is provide information that is requested and not ignoring this issue. I have also been looking for the Universal Remote Control code -- this really should be a relatively easy question to answer. If anyone were being graded by the number of inquiries that are answered / solved, Cox Support would not pass.

It isn't an easy question to answer if the code doesn't exist.  The only remote I know that supports the minibox is Harmony, there may be others but I don't know of them.
