Digital Mini Box
I have a Tivo receiver with a Cox cable card and a switched video adaptor. Will I need to get a digital Mini Box to continue receiving digital reception for my TV?

No, you use either a cable card or minibox, not both on a single DVR/TV. Since your TiVo is equipped with the cable card, you should be good to go.

You may need to rescan or even re-pair(signal from Cox) your cable card after any change to encryption happens in your area. So if it breaks, its probably that and not you needing a box; FYI.
