DHCP Renew Warnings; should I be worried?

Hi! My internet connection had intermittent problems over the last month or so, but hopefully has now been resolved. However now I am receiving DHCP Renew Warnings about once a day on my modem event log. Yet, my internet is up with SNR between 39.5-40.6 with power at 42.7-44.7. Should I be worried about these warnings? While my internet was just recently "corrected" a few days ago, the DHCP Renew Warnings are at the same time at 2:06 am on both days. Also, how do I attach pdf attachments or post screen shots to my message?
