I have enjoyed this channel (820 on my set) since I became aware of it. However, several weeks ago, the channel listing changed to "no information". Also when I look at the Cox channel listings this channel is not included. So is it in/out or require further subscription to get the full benefit?

"Decades" is generally a sub-channel of an OTA broadcast channel. Your first step would be Identifying the OTA station in your area that carries "Decades", and ask them what the status is.
