I have several entries (11 entries since Dec. 14th; one example below) in my event log that state it's a critical event. I checked the event log because I am having to reset my modem at least once a week because I cannot get on the internet. Could this critical error be the cause of having to reset the modem so much?

Hi EdwardH,
I really can't say with certainty that the connection drops happen at the same time. I just have reset the modem about as many times as what the log is showing T4 timeouts and am suspicious it may have been the cause but I haven't really looked after a reset. I am waiting to see if I can match events with the log now that I'm aware. Can you be more specific about what I am looking at if it is a "signal or modem issue"?
Thanks,
Bruce
