We're no monopoly. While we don't want to advertise for them by naming specifics, there's some form of competition in every market. Usually not as good as us, but there's something. 

And back when I worked in the Solutions Store, one of my co-workers was working with a woman at the next desk, streamlined her bundle and got her into one of our Price Lock Guarantees which was a new thing at the time, and when it was all done the customer blurted out "I love Cox!" and it made everyone in the store smile, customer and employee alike.
