Cox Website Never Works

Never might be a strong word, but 9 out of 10 times I attempt to log onto the website to access my account-- nothing. Just a white screen, that is it. 

Why? Why? 

Sometimes I can google the website and access a page or two, but I have not seen my account page ever. Ever.
