Cox Webmail's most annoying feature?

Well...there are actually 2.  the first is having to select what city you are close to to access webmail, and second the most irritating thing ever, the pop-up ad at the top of the webmail pages.  Whoever invented that should be fired, and COX, you would think, smart enough not to irritate its customers with every click of the mouse.  Too much of a good thing (advertisements) becomes ridiculous!

Anyway...just joined this forum for one question.  Hey COX...when are you going to appreciate your customers?
