Just upgraded my modem to a Motorola SB6183 and showing 12 downstream bonded channels but only 3 upstream bonded channels. Shouldn't I be getting 4 upstream channels with the Cox Premier Package?
I'm also concerned about the unusually high uncorrected words to corrected words ratio on downstream channels 8, 9, & 10?

While most markets have the ability for 4 upstream channels, some don't enable it unless there is a need for extra bandwidth in the area. When I was in West Warwick RI, I had 3 upstream channels, and when I moved to Woonsocket RI I was getting 4 upstream channels with no other changes.
Overall, how is your connection? Is upload speed good? Any problems with latency or such? As for the uncorrectables, that all depends what the uptime on the modem is. If you got that many uncorrectables after only a hour, that would be a issue, but if it's over weeks/months, then I wouldn't be concerned. Your signal levels look great.
