Premier was increased to 100 Mb/s when Cox increased all speed tiers.

with the increase in speed for Ultimate to 300MB down was the other tiers increased?

The speed increases, to the best of my knowledge, were done as follows, over the last year and a half or so:

-Starter increased from 1 Mbps to 5 Mbps.

-Essential increased from 5 Mbps to 15 Mbps.

-Preferred increased from 15 to 50 Mbps.

-Premier increased from 50 Mbps to 100 Mbps.

-Ultimate increased from 150 Mbps to 200/300 Mbps, depending on your market.

The Ultimate increase was the most recent one, all others were done within the last year to two years.
