Cox enhanced web mail
I was using Google for my web browser with cox enhanced web mail and i had problems with errors when retrieving mail and sending sometimes.......you suggested I use a different web browser.....I switched to Google chrome...no more errors but I had a problem with the backspace and delete key not working always....you informed me this is a know issue with Google chrome and Cox Web mail ???What browser can I us so my cox enhanced version of web mail works property......HELP....I use this for my Real Estate Business so i need to get to work correctly..I have 20 to 50 emails I have to respond to every day..

I think the first issue you were having was a security setting inside Internet Explore giving you problems with cookies. The second issue with Chrome is not really solvable. Try this and go back to internet explorer?
Or even better yet you can set up a client like Outlook or Thunderbird. Thats what most business use for their email.

Enhanced webmail use Flash. What version of the flash plugin are you using? The most current is 16.0.0.296. This applies to all 3 major browsers, firefox, chrome and ie. If you are using an older version of flash, I suggest updating.
I did test using the most current versions of chrome, firefox and flash all under Win 8.1. The backspace still does not work using chrome but both backspace and delete work fine using firefox. I never use ie so I didn't test that. I would recommend trying firefox, please let us know if you are still having issues.
