Cox email

Is anyone actually working on changing the cox email site?  This is the slowest and worst email that I have ever used.  It has been the same since I became a Cox customer 10 years ago.  The way it handles attachments is ridiculous.  By this point in time, why can't I drag a file to the email and have it attach?  Why is the email site and emails  so slow to open?  If you have the site open too long it tells you to put in your password again, which doesn't work.  You have to close Cox email, reopen it and then put in your user name and password again.

Could we PLEASE get this upgraded to the standards that other email services are held to?
